DESCRIPTION:  Minersville was a cold trip, but we braved the conditions with kick boats and caught fish!  A nice rainbow was landed on the reservoir.  We also took to the river below the dam.  Fish were biting on both surface and subsurface presentations in the river.  Fish were caught by all!  We finished the trip with a nice coating of snow.
