White’s Ranch Day Trip

Bonneville Fly Fishers enjoyed another beautiful and fish-filled trip to White’s Ranch (a.k.a. Sportsman’s Paradise) in Paradise, Utah. Eighteen fishers plus a non-fishing significant other participated this year, arriving mid-day Friday for a long weekend on some very nice private water. We rented the five cabins on the property and parked campers along the Little Bear River running alongside the Ranch.
Carol & Anita treated us all to a cookout of yummy good sliders and beans at their camp site on Friday night. Thanks Ladies! Some of us started Saturday early for a full day of fishing the Ranch; others bolted off to check out Porcupine Reservoir. Trip attendees enjoyed a trout dinner prepared by White’s staff on Saturday evening under the trees at the Lodge. Afterward, some of us took off to try night fishing with mouse patterns under the moon.
The weather cooperated for a beautiful weekend. The fishes came out to play and showed us all a really good time. Attendees presented Jayne with a card and bottle of Gran Marnier as a thank you for organizing the trip. Thanks, you guys.
