We will be fishing the Middle Provo River around Heber, UT
Target Species: Rainbow, brown trout
Drive time: 1 hr.
Level of fishing difficulty: Moderate. Strong pressure and 'wise' fish
Access: Paved and dirt roads, some bathrooms but not sure if open this time of year.
Weather: 5,600'. Cool to cold with possible windy weather.
Terrain: Normal public access with local dirt parking lots and road sites. Banks can be very bushy.
Wading difficulty: Generally moderate. Wading staff helpful, as are chest waders. Many thin paths exist along the vegetated banks. Numerous cobbles and boulders in the stream.
