Greetings Provo River Delta stewards,
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Provo River Delta.
You are invited to join our next stewardship activity on Saturday, August 23 from 8:00 am to noon at the Skipper Bay Trailhead. This is a great opportunity to make a direct positive impact on the delta ecosystem. We will pull small Russian olives and Tamarisk by hand, and cut thistles with shovels. These invasive weeds grow aggressively and risk crowding out native plants.

If you have volunteered in past years, the process is a little different now.
- All volunteers are now required to register at the Utah DWR website at the link above.
- Also, if you do not have a fishing or hunting license, you will need to set up a free customer ID. The whole process should only take a few minutes.
